Erasmo Da Silva
Since opening in 2017, Zucca opened in the United States by Da Silva Hospitality group, originally based in Venezuela. Da Silva started business in 1950 by Jose Da Silva, coming from Portugal, arriving full of hopes and dreams. However, under the leadership of his son Erasmo Da Silva, after years of expertise and knowledge in the hospitality business, the group decided to venture to the United States.
Erasmo arrived in Miami looking to expand the family business in South Florida. However, it took 36 months of careful market research, gastronomic study, and competitive analysis for Zucca to first open its doors. Today, Da Silva Hospitality Group has restaurants in Venezuela, Portugal, and the United States, positioning Zucca as one of the best Italian restaurants in Miami.
Zucca has earned its place among the pillars of the bustling Miami scene, receiving numerous accolades for its authentic Italian cuisine, award-winning wine cellar, and gracious hospitality.

Chef Manuel Garcia
Manuel Garcia started his culinary studies at 17. His first steps took place in Venezuela under the mentorship of the well-known Chef Marc Provost, a member of the Culinary Academy of France at the Le Petit Bistrot de Jacques.
He moved to Europe to expand his knowledge in Ecole Bellouet Conseil. After that, he started working on top Michelin Started restaurants like L'esperance, La Cote Saint-Jacques and in Mostassa at Hotel Le Meriden.
By the time he acquired enough experience, he had traveled to the United States, where he had worked under the leadership of the famous French David Bouley. Moving on, he started at Casa Tua for 12 years.
In 2017, Chef Manuel Garcia received an offer to become Chef de Cuisine at the Italian Restaurant Zucca Miami where he still prepares exquisite and authentic Italian delicacies.
